The different stages
The first stage is selection of candidates for interview from their CVs. The details of their professional experience (or periods of work experience in the case of young graduates) enable us to make certain that if the rest of the process is successful we will have concrete projects to offer.
The first interview, generally conducted by a recruitment manager, offers us the opportunity of qualifying your expectations, getting a feel for your personality, presenting the company’s values to you and assessing your motivation to become involved in a long-term shared project.
The second interview, which is conducted by an engineer who is often the one who would be your line manager, allows us to check your technical skills and examine the type of projects which could be allocated to you in both the short and longer term.
If these two interviews result in a shared desire to work together, the outcome of the process would be for us to take you on.
The entire process can be very fast (in some cases just one day!)
