This sensor detects, identifies and warns of the presence of a deflated tyre.

 

Composition

 

  • On the track: 3 iron wheel sensors designed for tyre trains
  • In the technical room: 1 concentrator, 1 electronic box

  • Integration in a control cabinet and standard fixings

  • Distance to outdoor and indoor equipment up to 100m

Functions

 

  • The three iron wheel sensors and the concentrator allow the exact position of the deflated tyre to be known
  • The iron wheel sensor is adjustable in all three axes to suit the application
  • Interfacing to the customer system is done by relay
  • SD card storage of all activities occurring in the system: date and time of each train passage, presence and position of a deflated tyre, system error
  • Possible storage of 250,000 passages with a 128 MBytes card
  • Detection of a train running at up to 250 km/h (in its standard configuration)
  • No additional electrical or mechanical adjustments are required after installation
  • The autonomous system does not require any external handling or control

 

Options also available on request

 

  • Detection of the presence of pairs of rubbers by adding dedicated equipment (max speed: 100km/h)
  • Detection of dragging parts under the train by adding dedicated equipment
  • Checking the status of each pair of wipers
  • Control and diagnosis via Ethernet
