Finland is actively preparing the future of its railway network. By 2030, the current train control system will gradually reach its limits. The transition to European ERTMS standards is no longer an option, it is becoming a necessity.
To support this transformation, Finland has launched the Digirail program, as part of its 12-year national transport plan.
In this context, Väylä, the Finnish railway infrastructure manager, has expressed a key need: to have a global solution to test and validate ERTMS products delivered by its suppliers.
CLEARSY will contribute to this objective by delivering a complete test bench, capable of covering onboard systems, trackside systems, as well as ERTMS interfaces. Its local partner Relesoft will support activities related to EULYNX connectivity, a European standard aimed at harmonizing and standardizing interfaces between signalling equipment in order to facilitate interoperability.
