For several years, CLEARSY has been supporting the development of SIL4 safety-critical automation software for the manoeuvring areas of the Luxembourg tram network Luxtram.
We designed, developed and verified all the software for the site’s manoeuvring areas, contributing to the safety and reliability of the tramway at every stage of the project.
This collaboration is continuing today with a new project: the adaptation of the software for the manoeuvring area at Howald station, which has now changed from a single-track operation to a double-track configuration, requiring an update of the automation system.
Luxtram’s renewed confidence confirms the quality of the work that the CLEARSY teams have been carrying out since the start of the project.
